Over the festive period, most Trust staff will wrap up at 5pm on Friday 20th December 2024 and return at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2025. Support details below:


There will be no support on the following days including Public holidays

  • Wednesday 25th December 2024
  • Thursday 26th December 2024
  • Friday 27th December 2024
  • Wednesday 1st January 2025

There will be limited support on the following days during the season

  • Monday 23rd - Tuesday 24th December 2024
  • Monday 30th - Tuesday 31st December 2024
  • Thursday 2nd - Friday 3rd January 2025

On days with limited support, technical analysts will work to respond to and resolve 'Priority 1' incidents; i.e. where a system is down or not operational. Other queries or tickets will be responded to and worked on where possible.
